Gently rinse your face with warm water, then apply Dr. Thrower’s Step 1 Dry Skin Facial Cleanser non-foaming. Massage it into your skin, being careful not to get it in your eyes or mouth. Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry. Repeat this step every morning and evening, before continuing with the rest of your skincare regime designed for dry skin.
