I HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITH ACNE AND BLACK SPOTS ALL OF MY LIFE. I AM 48 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE BEEN WEARING MAKEUP SINCE I TURNED 15 YEARS OLD. I HATED TO GO OUT WITHOUT IT MAKE UP DUE TO ACNE AND BLACK SPOTS. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF USING THIS PRODUCT I SAW A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE AND I HAVE NOT WORN MAKE UP SINCE. I NEVER THOUGHT THAT COULD EVER BE POSSIBLE. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SKIN LINE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND MY FACE IS GLOWING AND FLAWLESS. I AM VERY GRATEFUL MY FRIEND INTRODUCE ME TO THIS SKIN CARE LINE. I came to Dr. Throwers practice due to some dark spots and some breakouts on my face. In a matter of month's I have seen drastic results all for the better. I am so very satisfied with my outcome and recommend to anyone. The staff was also very helpful in showing me how to use all the products correctly. This is totally unacceptable…. I place an order the 24th of may 2024 for an item that said they was four in stock …. Today is June 11 2024 and I still did not receive my order…. No one contact me about my order… I had to call to see what was going on with the order that’s when they told me they out of stock I requested my money back they told me they not going to give me my shipping back… lol … so I wanted to know what’s the reason why I’m not getting my shipping when I place the order you allow the order to go through and did not even have the customer service to send an email or a text to say sorry we out of the item what can we do for you do want to wait because it will not be here until the next week or whenever but telling me if I cancel the order I will not get shipping back…. I call the office so many times I get the office manager is not in so now they say they got the item after 17 days and so they say they will ship out today, so I ask what time line should I receive it next 5 days … so I said to the rude employee so I have to wait 5 more day after 17 days she said do you to come and get it knowingly I’m in Georgia I said no what you company should do is express it because after waiting 17 days … you have to treat your customers with kindness respect and dignity because if your customers don’t buy then you out of business and you out of a job!!
