End of Year Holiday Sale FAQ — Everything You Need to Know


1. What are the sale details?


Our End of Year Holiday Sale includes:

  • 30% off all Non-Prescription Skincare Products
  • 20% off all Prescription (Rx) Products

Gift cards are excluded from discounts.

Sale Dates:

  • Monday, December 15 at 12:01 AM EST through
  • Wednesday, December 31 at 11:59 PM EST

No promo code needed. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.


2. When will my order ship?


Due to high order volume during our End of Year Holiday Sale, please allow 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to arrive.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


3. How can I track my order?


You will receive an email with your tracking link once your order ships. Use it to view:

  • Live shipping status
  • Estimated delivery dates
  • Courier delays or exceptions

4. Can I purchase or pick up products in-store?


No. Our End of Year Holiday Sale is ONLINE ONLY.

We do not offer:

  • In-store purchases
  • In-store pickup
  • Price matching

5. How do I buy prescription products at 20% off?


Most prescription products can be purchased without logging in.


However, two items require an account:

  • Glutathione Skin Lightening Suppositories
  • Glutathione Skin Lightening Capsules

To purchase these:

  1. Create a free account on our website.
  2. Log in before adding them to your cart.

These products require additional medical information to ensure safe and proper dispensing.


6. Why do I need an account for certain prescription products?


Only the following items require account creation:

  • Glutathione Skin Lightening Suppositories
  • Glutathione Skin Lightening Capsules

Your account securely stores:

  • Required medical information
  • Treatment history
  • Pharmacy processing details

This ensures these medical-grade products are dispensed appropriately.


7. Are gift cards included in the sale?


No. Gift cards are not discounted during our End of Year Holiday Sale.


8. Do discounts apply automatically?


Yes. All sale discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
No promo code is required.


9. What if something sells out?


Inventory is limited.
If an item sells out during the sale, we cannot guarantee restock before December 31.


10. Can I combine other promo codes with the End of Year Holiday Sale?


No. Additional promo codes cannot be applied during the sale period.


11. Can I modify or cancel my order?


Due to high order volume, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.
Please double-check your items, shipping address, and payment details before checkout.


12. How will my order be shipped?


Depending on size and weight, orders ship in either a:

  • Padded envelope
  • Medium box
  • Large box

Our fulfillment team selects the most protective and efficient packaging option based on your order.


13. What happens if I select “Shipping With Signature”?


If you choose signature-required delivery, someone must be home to sign for the package.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Dr. Thrower’s office and re-delivered one time at no additional charge.


14. If I return my order, do I have to pay return shipping?


If you return an item because you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
