Black Friday Sale FAQ — Everything You Need to Know

1. When will my order ship?

Due to high order volume during our Black Friday Sale, please allow 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to arrive. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking ID once your order ships. We recommend using your tracking link to stay up to date on:

  • Estimated delivery dates
  • Courier delays

3. Can I purchase or pick up products in-store?

No — our Black Friday Sale is ONLINE ONLY.

We do not offer:

  • In-store purchases
  • In-store pickup
  • Price matching on Black Friday discounts

4. How do I buy prescription products at 30% off?

Most prescription products can be purchased without logging in. However, to purchase Glutathione Skin Lightening Suppositories or Glutathione Skin Lightening Capsules, you must:

  • Create a free account on our website
  • Log in before adding these items to your cart

Why?

These two Glutathione products require additional medical information to ensure they’re dispensed safely and appropriately.


5. Why do I need to create an account for certain prescription products?

Account creation is only required for:

6. Are gift cards included in the sale?

No, gift cards are not discounted during Black Friday.


7. Do discounts apply automatically?

Yes. During the public Black Friday Sale, all discounts are automatically applied at checkout. No promo code is required.


8. What if something sells out?

Black Friday inventory is limited. Once an item sells out, we cannot guarantee restock before the sale ends.


9. Can I combine other promo codes with the Black Friday sale?

No — additional promo codes cannot be applied during Black Friday.


10. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to high order volume, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.


11. How will my order be shipped?

Depending on the size and weight of your order, it will be shipped in either a:

  • Padded envelope
  • Medium box
  • Large box

Our team selects the most protective and efficient option based on your products.


12. What happens if I select “Shipping With Signature”?

If you choose signature-required delivery, you must be home to sign for your package. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Dr. Thrower’s office and re-delivered once, free of charge.


13. If I return my order, do I have to pay return shipping?

Yes. If you choose to return an item because you no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
