Dr. Thrower I just wanted to commend you on your great products, for what it has done to my skin within the past few years it is obvious that you have taken the time and passion to study the complexities of treating a wide variety of skin types. As an African American female with a very unique and difficult complexion to treat, I am usually unsuccessful at locating products that will enhance or successfully treat my skin tone; needless to say, my exploration and wastefull finaces on cosmetics has ended with the effectiveness of your facial cleansers. Additionally,So me years ago, while attending an event you where pointed out, specifically the Make It Hot weekend celebrity event in Miami, although there was no meet and greet or formal introduction It was as honor seeing you in person. Last, while recently browsing your web-site and reviewing the new products and advertising, I noticed the lack in variations of skin tone as your models are light to very medium however, your products has worked wonders for my "chocalate like" tone just as it has for individuals with contrasting complexions therefore, my defense is that the advertising appears to exclude the representation of your other satisfied consumers.

Hello staff at Heritage Skin Care Products:
Just another quick email to let you know how your products has changed the life of one of my co-worker. A new staff member was hired into my department about one month ago. I noticed that she had moderate to severe acne on all aspects of her face. She was taking a prescription antibiotic and using facial creams supplied by her Dermatologist. She voiced her concern about the ongoing problem she has had with acne “for years”. I told her about your products that I have been using since the year 2000. I told her that my skin was worse than hers and she could not believe it because she state “your skin is flawless, and beautiful”. She purchased your products from the local Wal-Mart here in Montgomery, Alabama. I gave her a sample of my astringent because Wal-Mart do not carry that product anymore. It has been about three weeks since she started the Heritage products and her skin is about 95-99% improved. She is so excited about the results because as she stated “I have had this problem for years”. There has been such a dramatic change in her skin that her sister and brother want to start using your products. Again, both my co-worker and myself want to thank you for such wonderful skin care products.

My name is Karen Marks. I became a patient of yours almost two years ago. My cousin Denise Marshall recommend your practice. My family and I moved to North Carolina in March of “2008”. I just wanted let you know how my daughters and I have enjoyed using your line of skin care products. When we first left Florida, I sort of stocked up on all I could from your product line. Then I found out that your products were sold at Walmart. What a pleasant surprise. But, then I found out that they were fazing out your line. I was devastated. Because they were the same product, and a little cheaper than your office. However, I was compelled to write this email because, I understand your product is no longer available at Walmart. What a shame. I wish your marketing and advertising firm was a lot better, just maybe you would still have products at Walmart. I have two daughters and both of them and myself are using your products. I must say I have never been to a dermatologist and had such a great experience. My eldest daughter still lives in South Florida and is still one of your patient. She is so pleased with your product line and how her appearance is. She has never had a confidence problem, but you made her even more confident than she already was. For that I thank you. She came home for the Christmas holidays and she and I both were excited about how well her skin looks. She just simply said, I am still using Dr. Thrower’s products. How great! My other daughter is 16 and she is in the middle of acne and trying to always look her best. So, with that said. She has been very persistence in asking me to continue purchasing your products. Before she started using your products, she was using good product OTC but, they did not work. I am happy to tell you we all are pleased to say that we hope that your products will be available in stores again soon. I truly hope that your products get the recognition it deserves. Try a very different ad company, because we as Africa Americans really need you products.
Not a lot of people know about your products and can benefit greatly from good advertising, So don’t give in to the marketing people as in demographic and remember, a lot of Africa Americans will use it if they knew about it.

I have been trying different products for a number of years without any luck of completely curing the problem.
From the first few days of using this product,the redness from my acne went away and within a few weeks, my face was clear. Since then, I haven't had any problems with acne.
One you find the right product for your skin type, you will not be disappointed.
